With Safety infused throughout all of our processes, we proactively check the preparation for all operations, monitoring schedule and seeking opportunities for improved methods, means and schedules. We continue our philosophy of Technical Audit to meticulously check that engineering is implemented accurately in the field.

Lowther-Rolton believes the adage that ‘planning makes perfect’, but equally experience has taught us that things change, sometimes everything changes. That is why we ensure that all technical documentation comes complete with a Management of Change policy. When our site engineers integrate into a Client’s team as advisors, it is assured that any alteration to the plan shall be scrutinized and considered in the context of the overall operation and approvals gained. Only when all aspects have been reviewed and agreed shall the work continue.
